CSV and Excel tables
One row per area, site, and band, keyed by postal code or grid cell, with index, rank, and top drivers.
Insights · Catchment analysis
Profile the postal codes and grid cells around your stores, branches, or sites by radius or drive-time band, with the top drivers explained for every area.
The question
Catchment analysis answers a practical planning question: what does the area around a store, branch, or site look like, and how does it compare with your other locations? AreaSignal answers it with aggregated area-level signals, not customer or device data.
Compare sites across a network, check whether a new location matches the profile of your strongest catchments, plan local media around stores, or brief regional teams with one consistent view of each area.
How it works
Send the addresses or coordinates of your stores, branches, or sites, plus the radius or drive-time bands you want to compare.
Each site gets the postal codes or grid cells inside its radius or drive-time bands. Every area is profiled with area-level signals and indexed against the national average.
You receive a ranked table per site and band with index, rank, and top drivers, ready for your planning and reporting tools.

FAQ
No. Catchments are built from your site locations and area-level data only. AreaSignal does not need customer lists, loyalty data, or any personal identifiers.
Yes. Catchments can be defined by straight-line radius or by drive-time bands around each site, and both can be compared side by side.
Areas with too few residents are not scored. This protects privacy, because no result can describe a small group of people.
Postal codes and regular grid cells, with administrative regions for roll-ups.
